1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next working day.
- You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once it is successfully placed.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We ship across India through reliable courier partners like DTDC, Delhivery, and India Post.

3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charge inside Tamilnadu 60rs
- Shipping charge for other state 80rs
- Any additional courier handling or remote area charges (if applicable) will be mentioned at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with your tracking ID and courier details.

5. Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to deliver on time, delivery delays can occur due to:
- Courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistics issues.
- Incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses.
- National holidays or strikes.

6. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not reach you:

- Provide order ID, photos of the package, and product for verification.
