This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made on our Site.
1. Cancellation of Orders
- You may cancel your order within 48hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.
- After processing or dispatch, cancellation may not be possible.
2. Returns / Exchanges
To exchange a product, customers must provide a full unboxing video taken from the moment the parcel is opened. The video should be clear, continuous, and unedited — no cuts, trims, or pauses are allowed. This helps us verify any issues accurately.
If the unboxing video is not provided or if it appears edited or incomplete, we regret that your return or exchange request cannot be accepted.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective, damaged, or wrong products received

2.1 Eligibility for Return:
- Only faulty, damaged, misdescribed, or defective items are eligible for return or exchange.
- The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, in original condition, with all tags, packaging and accessories intact.
- You must provide proof of purchase (invoice, order number, etc.).
2.2 Non-returnable items:
- Items made to order or customized
- Items that were clearly marked “final sale”
- Products damaged by misuse, improper care, or after use
3. Return Process

- We will review and, if approved, provide instructions (return label, address).
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (faulty/damaged item).
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Shipping charges (original & return) may not be refundable (unless return due to our error).
- In some cases, we may offer store credit or an exchange instead.
5. Exchanges
- If you want a different size, variant, or replacement, we may offer exchange if stock permits.
- You may need to pay difference in price or shipping if applicable.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank/payment provider.
- If still unresolved, contact us and provide refund reference, transaction details.
7. Return Shipping & Risk
- Items returned incorrectly or without authorization may be rejected.
- Risk passes back to you when you ship the item (unless otherwise agreed). Use a trackable shipping method.
8. Changes to this Policy
